Litchi....what am I doing wrong?

I have a phantom 2 vision, I have the litchi app, my Wi-Fi extender symbol on my app always says disconnected. I read the manual on this, still don't know what I'm doing wrong. Ideas?
Is the Vision app no longer available??

The latest version of Litchi does not support the Vision...

Downloaded the Vision app from the DJI website. Can't get past calibrate mode.
Do I need to bind?
