Litchi vs. DJI

[Older beginner Pilot]

I have recently required a Phantom 3, and enjoy flying . But a friend told me of an App called Litchi. After doing some research, it appears to be something that i might be interested in. Can anyone tell me the pro's and con's, of one versus the other??
