Litchi vs. AutoFlightLogic AutoPilot

I guess you could do that using Airserver.

When creating a complex mission using google earth desktop app, each click made to create the path represents a waypoint in Autopilot/litchi, the altitude in google earth is relative to the ground. When creating the path in G.E., each time you click you create a waypoint relative to the ground, so if you click on the top of a tree that one point is going to be relative to the altitude of that tree.
When the mission is complete save the file as KML/KMZ and import it into Autopilot/litchi. Once the file is imported into either App it is going to have all of the waypoints with the altitude relative to the ground, at that point you can just tap each waypoint and adjust altitude, add focal points, focus triggers, etc.

For simple short missions I create them in Autopilot in my iPad Mini or iPad Pro in offline mode, once the mission is saved it becomes available in my iPhone 6SPlus, not big deal here.
