Litchi and firmware/software versions

Using Litchi 1.16.2 and don't ever seem to get the AC/RC firmware version info to show up as anything but NA. Everything is turned on and connected. Thanks for any help.

Evidently, this doesn't bother too may people but, let me go ahead and update what I know from Litchi support:

"This is a bug with the DJI SDK, with some drone models the versions will show N/A because the DJI SDK is not able to tell us the firmware version."
