link button flashing red

Hi,
I am trying to link the rc to the 4 pro+. When I start the process, clicking "linking RC" I then push the link button on the drone and it flashes red. And it never links. Any suggestions of what I can now do?

Try holding link button in for longer

Are you linking the remote controller like this?
