Lichti no good for Phantom 3 Standard and 4k?

I assume you mean Home waypoint ?

First in navigation terms is the first one after departure from start position.

It would make sense to create a Start or Home waypoint if Litchi is so inclined.

How does Ultimate Flight compare on this ?

I believe what it saying is while Litchi is flying a mission the drone will not fly home if the signal is lost, it will complete the programmed mission. Not sure about the hover comment.
When flying manually in the Litchi app it allows you to set "Signal Lost Behavior for Manual Flying".

Correct , I have the p3s, and when is on the mission it comes back to home point when mission completed , when signal lost its carry on with the mission.

Home is not technically one of the waypoints. My first waypoint is always very close and relatively low so I like it to finish there. Then I just flip to P mode and either continue flying or land it manually.
