LG tablet and my Phantom III Advanced

My cell phone was damaged and I replaced it with the LG brand and they "gave" me a tablet. I'd to use the tablet, but it is not on the list of approved devices. I've loaded the DJI app, but the tablet says "disconnected" and although I can start and potentially fly, I can not see the image through the camera.

Any suggestion how to make it work?

I have a the free LG 10.1x tablet from ATT. I don't have it in front of me to see the model is but it works great. Its my main tablet I use for flying. It should work.

I also use the LG tablet as my flight device and not had one problem with it in almost a year.
I did notice after the last update to DJI go that I have to turn the Phantom on first.
