i think that thing would knock a tree down !Agreed. Also, the majority of crashes involve trees and I'm not sure whether the obstacle avoidance system would be advanced enough to sense branches etc.

It could just be a computer rendering which may not be accurate to reality. Plus, the Phantom 3 motors are tilted as well.The image bothers me a bit, the nearest motor looks like its leaning a bit unlike the others that look sure to their arms.

Ok so after having taken a second to really think about the pictures I am actually really impressed. They have moved a component that on the P3P requires heat syncs and a cooling fan to within the body which does streamline the appearance in my book and I'm sure it doesn't hurt things in the aerodynamics department. The gimbal design seems simplified in a good way. Obviously there's huge implications in the battery compartment pics.
