Issues with battery connections on new she'll replacement

Has anyone had issues with shell replacements from DJI? I transferred all of the components over to new shell, powered it up and everything worked except for the battery telemetry. That's when I noticed the contacts were on an angle and pitched downward. I'm sending it back for another, but was curious if anyone else has dealt with this issue?

Hi Mike. I hope someone can help.
I'm a little confused about the description of the contacts. Do you mean those on the bird or the ones on the battery? Clearly they are connecting ok or nothing would be working.

I think he means the four little ones below the main battery connector - they are how it communicates with the smarts inside the battery. I flew once with the battery not properly clipped in, and it warned me that there was no communication. Needless to say, I flew it back to me very carefully.
