I bought it mainly for one reason and that would be a failure of something critical while in flight.
I'm sure running 70mph into a tree might not be covered, but that would be my fault, but should a prop let go, the battery fry (in flight) or some other catastrophic event not really under my control, I would tend to think I was covered and can sleep better at night.
As a relatively conservative flyer (only out to a mile twice as a test) I'm hoping not to have to use the warranty at all, except for a DOA battery which they are replacing under the 6 month warranty.
