Ipad Gen2 as FPV Screen

Good Morning Flyers. I recently purchased a P3S and I couldn't get the DJI GO app to download on my phone. However I am considering using my Ipad Gen2 as a FPV screen. I was about to download and the install the software with no problem, and I am going to purchase the bracket and Ipad holder, but I wanted to know, is there any issues I should be concerned about used an Ipad Gen2, e.g. Gps isuues, Tracking data, etc?

The iPad gen 2 is not compatible with DJI GO. You can find a complete list of compatible Apple devices here.

I use an iPad 4th Gen. It works okay for my purpose. Because it isn't an Air, I'm guessing it has no GPS capability, but I haven't got too fancy with it yet. My wife has an iPad Air, and I will try it out.
