Intelligent battery...no sign of life!

I took Phantom 3 4K out of storage recently & one of the batteries charged up ok but the other one shows no lights when on the charger or when trying to check the charge level. It did show one slashi g green light I initially but later nothing.

Is there anything I can do to try & resurrect it?

Battery Charger

I have the Phantom 4 Pro DJI battery Charger which charges 3 batteries. I have three batteries on it and put the charger into storage mode. All three lights are blue now. I know that means that they are in storage mode. Being that it is winter I am not flying the drone through the winter...
