Iconic Monument Valley & "Forrest Gump Point"!

I have several of the same views in a video that I created. Friend of mine went to Monument Valley area (reservation area) and pointed out that flying drones in the area is a "grey" area. I agree... I don't know that there is a clear answer to this. What is likely is that, if you ask... you'd need to pay (I'm told if you take a picture of some native American's there, they ask for a fee as well. It's the nature of the area). I drove the loop area that was free on the reservation and did a "hit/run"/ninja drone flight.
Depending on your direction of travel, Mexican Hat is another good column for video/photos.
