I Keep on losing connection

Ok, I have a question. If I get a bad compass calibration because I traveled across the country and recalibrated on a man hole, then take off and get a compass error. If I switch to ATTI, do I have complete control of the bird? In other words, does Atti mode use the compass?

I would imagine ATTI mode would use the compass, but I'll bump this for you to get a better answer since you're already on page 3...
