I've tried all the things you have suggested and all the things that DJI has recommended....nothing has worked.
I'm going to try updating the firmware on the controller and the aircraft again and re-install the DJI Go 4 app....
this will be the third time I've done it so I don't expect a different outcome.
I still don't understand why I have to sign into the Network (Internet) in order to have the flight controls displayed
on the controller. No one has answered this question.
Thanks so much for trying to help me....I guess the only solution left is to ship it to DJI for repair....
