After going back and forth between the P3S, P3A and the P3P, I decided to go with the P3P. I think I got it for a good price. Not a too good to be true price. I do have a question. What determines if it falls under CE or FCC guidelines. Is it the FW in conjunction with the GPS, or are there different versions. I would think it would have to be FW based. Otherwise, I couldn't legally travel with mine outside the USA.
It should arrive tomorrow. I've already read the manual twice and watched quite a few unboxing and first flight videos. I think my first flight will be short. Turn it on, let it set the Home Point, Take off, let it hover at about 10 ft off the ground for a few mins, and then land. Since I'm about 3 miles from an international airport (BWI), I'm wondering what kind of obstacles I will run into with the fly-safe software.
