I cannot extract .DAT flight log using DJIExtract

Hello,

I was trying to use DJIExtract to extract flight logs into FLYxxx.DAT, but not successful. Any idea on this? Its only shows "extracting... ", but there no actual file in my output folder. Btw, im using Phantom 4 Pro.

Does "extracting... ", mean something like this

Extracting: FLYXXX.DAT Length: nnnnnnnnn ....................

If so, then that FLYXXX.DAT should be in the Output Dir

1) Exported logs from drones internal memory
2) File saved as: EXPORT_FILE_2019-07-18_16-02-06.DAT
3) Run ExtractDJI from DatCon (3.6.6)
4) Select saved .DAT
5) Mode is default (Extract DATs only)
6) Click GO! button
7) Results:

After extracting, there is no extracted FLYXXX.DAT in output folder

Looks like there wasn't any FLYxxx.DATs within the EXPORT_FILE_2019-07-18_16-02-06.DAT file.You can check the contents of the EXPORT_FILE_2019-07-18_16-02-06.DAT file by selecting List Contents

Should see something like this

DJI Assistant 2 wasn't given the right specs when you told it to create the EXTRACTxxxx.DAT file. There are several different versions of DJI Assistant 2 now so I can't offer any more specific advice.

AFAIK there is no way to use this data.

I'm gonna guess that you told DJI Assistant 2 to extract the black box data? If so, this isn't the correct option. Try these instructions
