How to fly with non cell tablet

Hi guys, trying to fly with my galaxy tab 4 and since its wifi obly i don't get a map, is there anyway to download my area map for offline use?

Open the app with the location you're going to fly before when you have WiFi. It'll save the map. You can also tether your cell which I sometimes do as well.
