Hey I hope everyone is good. I need some help with my P3S. It’s not allowing me to take pictures or video record. Everything is connected. Any suggestions?

To take and store pics and videos YES ! a SDHC card will work nicely and a 16 Gig or a 32 Gig as the choice is yours they are all a class 10 now days !
Ok thanks a lot. I thought if I took a picture it would or should’ve went my phones gallery. Correct me if am wrong?
Anything that stores on the phone; video or photos, will not have the same quality as the media stored on the SD card in the camera.
I'm puzzled as to what " grey buttons" you are pressing, as the P3S doesn't have buttons to take pictures.
That's a bit of simplification..
You can download pictures from SD-card in gimbal to mobile device if you write proper application using API from DJI SDK.
Many apps do that, ie. Pix4D Capture. Though transfer is slow and I always disable that option.
@mdowney58 my apologies I should’ve of been more clear. Inside camera mode, on the right side the touch screen has grey/white circle that’s allow you to take a picture( Grey button).
