High`capacity P4P battery storage problem?

So I have my battery set to go to storage mode after 2 days... its been 5 now, havent touched the battery once, and its still showing 75% (3 green, 1 blinking) when i press the power button once... I thought it took the battery down to 50%???

It'll only auto discharge down to 65%. If set to 2 days, the discharge process will start after 2 days. It can take up to 2-3 additional days to complete the discharge process. If you press the battery button at anytime during that process, it'll stop and wait another 2 days before it starts again.

so even just checking the battery resets the entire process? Thanks for the reply
