My understanding is for hobbyists, there is no height limit; however, 400 feet is listed as a safety guideline. Edit: section 336 under public law 112-95 outlines like 5 regulations that must be followed:

And away from maned aircraft and above 400 ft your not. That is their air space.

Is that the best you can do? I used a 847000wh battery and got this far, unfortunately I got compass error and lost it straight after, as it got near a metal object.

But this was the last image I caught before screen went blank
