Hello, I just got my New phantom 3 advanced, I was doing the firmware update on my controller but never got a blue OR Green light, only RED. Install failed, what do I do now. Is my controller shot?

If the upgrade really failed, then follow these instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Phantom, remote controller, and batteries. You don't want to try just upgrading the firmware on your remote controller. If the firmware really did install on your remote controller, then downgrade it like this before following my instructions above.
