Help DJI GO - HS (Horizontal Speed) is TAS or GS

Please help me out and let me know:

" HS displayed on DJI GO APP implies horizontal component of True Air Speed (TAS) or Ground Speed (GS)?"

Speed comes from GPS so it's speed over the ground.
There is no instrument to measure airspeed.
