Help calibrating vision system P4

Hi,
I keep getting the error below when I try and calibrate the vision system on my P4 using Assistant 2 v1.0.8 on Windows 10. I never get as far as the calibration part of the process. Any insight as to what what I am doing wrong or what is going wrong would be great.

I have re-installed a couple times and tried doing it logged on and off.

It looks like I may have a driver issue, can anyone explain what is going on here and how to fix it.
