Hello everyone. I had been wanting to get a quadcopter for a while and was doing some research on the cheaper ones in the $150 price point. Judging by how excited my husband was to give me my Christmas gifts, I was pretty sure I was getting one, but never expected to open a Phantom 3! I can't wait to get more comfortable flying and take it out by the beach for some nice videos! This is my first ever quad so any advice is appreciated =)

Unfortunately, we already hit a bit of a snag so I'm hoping to hear back from DJI soon so I can get back into the air!

I made a post about it here. The short of it is that it flipped over when we were trying to take off. We're not sure what could have gone wrong.
