Hello ALL Need Help

Today bought another RC GL300A.. from me such problem my RC turns on but does not support his phone and tablet... i changed cables and devices. but the problem also remained! help

You need to link this new controller to your drone.

When I connect it to my phone, I cannot get any info from the remote. My phone charges and that is it. Remote won't even show me what firmware is on there. I've tried using both DJI go apps with no luck. Any info would be appreciated.

That’s because the GL300A is famous for the USB board to loose the nand chi memory, just like the gimbal board on the P3P camera. You seem to be having crappy luck my friend.

R you sure you using data USB cable and not just a USB charging cable,very big difference,
What colour your remote light when you have drone on,, red or all green?
Did re link work ?you say tryed both apps but djigo is one you want,,can you get into your app settings in djigo or does the app not open at all, ?

Is the drone linked to the RC? From the pictures you sent me it is not and that has to happen before you'll get anything on your phone!

Not sure what's going on avto107? Keep quoting the same #5 post with no comment?

As I asked, is the drone Lin led to the Remote? The lights on the the back of the drone AND the left hand light on the Remote should be gREEN. Only then can you phone connect to the App.

SOLVED!! today changed a USB Circuit Board for DJI Phantom 3 Adv/Pro Remote Controller GL300A RARE to a new one and everything worked! THX ALL

so they know what remote control USB interface board is not suitable for the old version remote control (GL300A GL300B can not be used).

As was noted by @KachemakDiver , the GL300A USB board is not compatible with the 300B or 300C remote controllers.
