Have reset my P4P+ to Factory Setting and........

Now I receive a request to log in order to use DJI GO 4 and after logging in got a message" Network Unavailable.Check your Internet connection"
How should I do this as no other action is possible then Sign IN.
Can someone Please help me!
PS- I have reset for factory following a hint from someone in doing this got his maps back on the app.
