I just got my new H43D gimbal and it takes approximately 2 to 3 minutes for the camera to go up and down, it works fine for yaw and turns, does this sound normal to you?

Are you talking about at startup or when you control it via the RC? Either way, abnormal. Which RC are you using? The new NDJ6 with the scroll wheel or the old one?
