GPS Logging Rate

I was wondering if anyone knows how often the GPS unit on a Phantom 2 writes out the coordinates to the log. I have a 9m13s video and the respective KML file has about 2400 points which points to about 4-5 GPS records per second. Can anyone confirm this?

If you're talking about the Flytrex log, it writes a record every quarter of a second (4x per second).
