GPS issues

I had a really bad crash involving the Phantom landing very hard upside down.

I broke my H3-3D, blades and the GPS unit.

So I ordered replacements, including a new GPS. I just installed it, and I still don't think its working. I do a compass calibration, and it seems to be OK, then I set it down to let it get GPS.. it just sits there flashing yellow.''I hooked it to my computer, and run the Phantom assistant, and get this on the driver page:

Is it a bad thing that the GPS shows -.-.-.- ?

What have I done??

Well, after updating firmware a few times, re-connecting the GPS unit, and doing all the calibrations, it seems to be working like a champ! yay!
