Gps antenna broken

My ceramic antenna is broken after crash .
is it possible to change only the ceramic antenna? Somebody try it?

$11 with shipping from Digikey.com for a 4mm. The stock 2mm does ok, but the 4mm picks up satellites faster and picks up one or two more. The manufacturer is Taoglas and the part number is GP.1575.25.4.A.02

I actually bought one from ant-king.Com $10 with shipping but my issue is that it still wont recognize.
I tried re soldering it like 10 times and I finally give up which is not like me.
I found external gps/compass units for $40 with shipping on ebay and heard they are much better than stock.
I'll go that route but in the mean time I'll probably keep messing with it.
