The P3 Se can be used with Fat sharks but it’s basically the feed from your device here’s a YouTube link for a P3 s which I believe is the same as a p3SE (When it comes to using FPV )

Yes, however, you will need a mobile device with an HDMI output. Get the NVIDIA K1 Shield if you can find one.
