tried that, didn't work many different times and ways ....followed all the instructions and nothing that's what im saying if you look at posts 98 99. tried zip and just normal txt like it asked then it shows downloading then it says failed so i don't know

You cant upload the phantom.dat to healthy drones. Healthy drones extracts info from the .txt files stored in your app folder on the device used to run the GO app.

I hate to feel as you do now, as in being "on trial", so I feel pretty disgusted with myself, so I apologise that I've contributed to this. Let's hope the flight info helps in getting to the bottom of the incident.

Are you in the repair process (warranty acceptance) or are they arguing fault? What happened?
