Go app reports restricted area but Airmap and B4UFLY do not

I think DJI uses two geometries: circles and rectangles. For most airports its a circle but for more complex shapes they use a rectangle as I listed above. It is likely the space limitations in firmware/storage result in the use of just two geometries. A circle is a lat/lon with a radius and a rectangle is two lat/lon pairs.

That's true about two data points for a rectangle, though radius would take less space than a geo coordinate.
Strange then that a jail isn't square.

I checked the behaviour of the app near our airport. Being 175m/570ft away from the airport fence (while still inside the lighter red circel) I was able to start it. I brought it 3 ft into the air to see if it takes off:

Being away from the fence 150m/493ft (in the darker red circel above) gave me this. I couldn't even start the propellers:
