I encountered a strange issue. I charged my phantom 3 4k took it out to fly and went to tilt the camera with the gimbal wheel on the remote control but it will not respond. I always take the gimbal support and foam piece off before turning on the drone. It has only been flown 6 times, not been crashed, and the c1 button functions properly changing the camera from facing forward to facing down. I have re-calibrated the gimbal and imu and it still isnt responding to the gimbal wheel. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try calibrating the remote controller. Also, check that the Gimbal Tilt EXP is not set to 0 or a very low value.
