I am looking to buy Gimbal Stabilizer for my Canon 1DX Mark, something like this type - 10 Best iPhone Gimbal Stabilizers ? [2020 Professional Reviews] II for video recording. What brands or specific models would you recommend? I am a beginner in the video, so I don't need a crazy set up, not expensive.

An iPhone stabilizer will not work for a Canon camera. You will need something more heavy duty. There are a variety of stabilizers made for dlsrs. One of thesecould probably by adjusted for use. Setting these up is not automatic. You need to adjust both the balance point of the assembly, as well as the specific weight of your camera.
