Gimbal roll error

Hi
After crashing my p3s the gimbal arm broke and the ribbon wiring was gone. After replacing it the gimbal will not work at all. I get video streeming to my phone still but the camera will not level, no dancing.
Have problems to calibrate the compass.
Any ideas what could be the issue?
Imu calibration, gimbal calibration done.
Overall status says gimbal roll error contact customer service.

Just started FW update, gimbal started to move hope its gonna be ok!

Updated to latest firmware. Camera is dancing at least. DJI GO says overall status ok.
The gimbal has 3 motors, one on the top, one in the middle and one directly on the camera. The top motor and the camera motor are working properly but the motor in the middle, witch levels the camera has some problems, like a connection would be unstabile. It levels the camera after a long time or dont do tis at all. It is not moving smoth and has no/low resistance when i push the camera. Witch connections are responsible for the middle motor?
