Gimbal Panning

I have not adjusted any of my Gimbal settings and when I would pan up and down the gimbal would slowly and smoothly stop as I released the panning wheel, I used Tom's Tech Time settings. However, now when I release the panning wheel the gimbal continues to pan much further than it used to. For example, when I release the wheel at say 45 degrees the gimbal does not smoothly stop but rather continues to pan until 90 degrees. It is making nice smooth panning shots impossible as the gimbal continues well past where I want it to stop.

Any ideas?

Same issue here.... when I take my foot off the gas, I kind of expect to stop.
What have I done , or not done to create this issue?
