Gimbal noise ...

First post so please be kind ...

My P3 gimbal makes a metallic binding (scratchy) noise when the phantom is tipped from side to side (also when doing compass dance)

Is this normal ?

Not sure if normal but my gimbal is brand new and does it too, but only when tilted to its limit so I assumed it was normal.

Mine did it but I also noticed video vibration issues that synced with the sound. I returned and the new one is perfect with no issues.
