Gimbal Disconnected???

Hi! When I power on my P4P, controller, and DJI Go, I dont get any camera feed and it says Gimbal Disconnected. The Problem seems to go away when there is no micro sd card in the drone. Anyone know how you can solve this?

Try a different sd card.

Does the gimbal do the startup dance whether the card is in or out? Do you lose only picture or Telemetry too? Trying to figure out what is not connected. Ultra high speed (formatted) SD card?

I have had an issue with my Phantom 4 where the gimbal just goes off and the camera is just hanging. I visually fly it back land and reboot the drone and it works great again. This has happend to me twice in the 2 years. I did check connectiones and everything looked good!

I've had the gimbal go limp on me once while flying after I formatted the sd on windows rather than the drone...I read somewhere the cure for the problem was to format the sd only on the drone...its worked for me and never repeated.
