Gimbal Disconnected Having Trouble

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I was looking for some support with my DJI Phantom 3 Standard that is only a few days old and is showing a system/critical error with a full red light. I have browsed the forums and DJI website for too long and I need answers thanks for the help. Ask any questions and ill answer the best I can.
 
Does the camera go through it's motion when powered on?
any messages on go app? does it connect at all?

It does not go through its motion when powered on. No messages come on the app except the gimbal settings where it says "Gimbal Disconnected" and the app no longer connects with the drone, any help?
