Gimbal Disconnected Error Message

Took my Phantom 4 Pro to fly recently. Last time I flew was about a month prior with no error messages, drone operated normally.

On power up, I could not get the controller to connect to the drone. Solid red light on controller and beeb warning signal along with no video on the display. In aircraft status was a red message saying gimbal disconnected. I checked the ribbon connectors externally. I can move the camera up and down with the controller wheel, so I know there is some connection, just no video and can't get a ready for fly message.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

I did press in on all the external flex cables I could touch. Should I disassemble anything?
