Gimbal control on remote not working

Hi I have a problem with my gimbal control wheel on the controller where it won't move camera up and down, but when doing it through the app it works also when I calibrate the remove and move the wheel left and right then both bars go to 100% on either side which obviously means that the wheel is working but somehow not moving camera.

Camera not move ,its only calibrating the info in its settings,when calibration finnish then should work normal,move up and down

sounds like you doin it ok i just went tryed on mine,did it beep at you,also try the gimble calibration
