Galaxy note 4 not showing google maps in DJI pilot

Guys i have tried everything to get the google maps to show on my Galaxy 4 note once inside the DJI pilot app.
I have 3g connectivity, my google play service is backed out to factory install.
If i access maps it works fine so i would expect the pilot app to also be able to show the maps.
Any one out there with a Note 4 that is showing maps?

Hey well yes i have a note 4 and its showing maps very well, after using also the new app DJI GO i had only to cache back the maps again for them to show when on flight mode... Never had issues with the note 4 so far else then its hungry appetite on battery
