FPV Transmitter to Monitor *HELP PLEASE*

Would anyone be able to assist me on how to setup up communication between the two devices? I've wired all the cables correctly, I watched a YouTube demonstration on how to, I'm also using a SJCAM4000, and have it set to TV-OUT so that it feeds via the micro USB cable to the iOSD..
