The plastic variant of the Googel Card board VR will hold your smart phone and allows room inside for glasses to be worn. The side by side screen option in Litchi gives you a high res but non 3D vision in FPV when you just want to "fly like a bird"

Welder stores have corrective lenses that are flat and the same figures that you need they will stick to the lens with blutac or similar . **** sight cheaper than the same from drone makers and accessory sellers.

I still stick with my spare fat shark denominator V3 goggles, but because of wearing glasses My DJI racing edition goggles for nicely over my glasses, not that the white edition doesnt , I use these because of being able to fly my other drones with them as well! I'd love to try before I but the "see-through" goggles though as they may be better yet! But if price isn't to much of concern of recommend the DJI goggles!
