I am running the iPhone 6 plus on a Phantom 3 Pro for the FPV with the DJI Pilot app. I am getting black and white lines on my display sometimes it changes to how much it happens.

Those are showing you the areas that are over exposed. You can turn off that feature by disabling the "Over Exposure Warning" setting in the "General Setitngs" section of the DJI Pilot application.

Thanks so I need to locate it in the app and disable that function. I must of turned it on at some point. Thanks for the quick reply !

It gets better when changing iOS but does not completely go away. At least I know where to find the Zebra if needed.

The zebras are actually quite helpful. They of course don't show up on your image, but, it does help in adjusting exposure.
Not unusual that the scene exceeds the dynamic range of the sensor. There are options such as filters, HDR, and AEB to help with this situation.
