Folding 2 & 3 blades props

Does anyone have any experience using folding props on their Phantom 3? Are they worth the money or affect performance?

Stick with OEM props. Many 3rd party props introduce things like VRS and erratic flight. And they would of course void your warranty if they are found to be the cause of a crash.

Yep, to reiterate what msinger has said, the best props are the original DJI props, but in any event, the systems within the AC will not allow it to exceed its operational design specifications.
