First experience of loss of image

ok so was flying in my usual place down the beach up high on the cliffe tops and suddenly got loss of image and screen went grey had it a few times when I was about 600m away which is obvious but did get it when only 200m away and about 40m high. Is this down to the wifi connection between phone and drone?

If you're flying a P3S, then yes. If not, check your antenna orientation.
