How often should I update firmware

When ever you want,it is optional,but if you want the latest app settings it pays to update,if ever thing is going good and got no issues,don't update,firmware and updates are sometimes always trying to fix a bug or fault or load a new extra to the app,,the less firmware updates means things are steady lately
